I’m very satisfied and pleased with the quality of prompt customer service and honesty I received from Discount Rental Crowfoot. Particularly from their service rep Moses. It was my first time renting there, I will definitely be returning there the next time I need a car rental.

I needed a car very urgently & I was directed to Crowfoot Discount Car & Truck Rentals. I was greeted by the most Professional & Friendly Customer Service People!! The Service we got was an A+ T.hank you for your 5 Star Service!! We will be seeing you in the Future when needed!!

My initial dealings with Discount were good. I had called in over the weekend on a Saturday to see if someone was able to meet me where I was going to have my car repaired. The person I spoke to was nice but was unsure and had to call a manager and call me back. I never received a call back and assumed that on Monday that I'd have to get a shuttle over to Discount. I called Discount in the morning when they open and nobody answered. I called again a few times and again, no answer. I shuttled over just after 8 am, thirty minutes after they open and there was nobody in the location. Confused, I called again, and there was still no answer. I ended up walking over to Enterprise to get a vehicle and cancelled my reservation with Discount. It was a pretty frustrating experience and when I called them to cancel my reservation they were pretty quick to get me off the phone after I explained what had happened. I would likely not book with Discount again after this experience.

I would like to thank the staff at crowfoot for all there wonderful help in assisting me with my car rental. They are very professional and helpful, excellent staff and very helpful. I rent a car most weekends, and after a year or two of doing this, I have had only positive experiences with every staff person and manager. Even when little problems arise, a fender bender, a parking ticket, etc, I get nothing but cooperation and fair treatment. The managers and staff at Discount Car at Crowfoot are incredible. Super courteous and efficient service. Every single one goes out of their way to make sure my experience is the most convenient it can be. I would highly recommend Discount Car to anyone as a result of my experience with the Crowfoot branch. Thank you!

Very accommodating and even drove me back to my house. They didn't have the van I wanted for moving so they upgraded at no cost.
