I was in a very difficult situation with my car, when I spoke to Julia over the phone to rent a car she made my day by helping me getting a rental last minute. She went above and beyond. Julia was so helpful and when I went to pick up the rental she had everything ready for me to sign, I didn't have to wait for long time. I would go back to her again :)
