Discover - Intercultural Studies Certificate

Our mission is to glorify God by discipling Christian servant-leaders through excellent, biblically based, holistic education and community, enabling students to work together with the body of Christ redeeming humanity to their Lord.

Prairie’s Discover program partners with various churches and organizations in Alberta and Guatemala to provide a year of transferable college education. We combine leadership development, Bible training, international travel, language learning (Spanish), spiritual formation, discipleship, and more in a proven format to prepare you for effective leadership and service within the global community.

Discover is an experiential education program offering practical skills to be used in all different fields of work and life. Our students learn how to effectively lead and minister within a cross-cultural environment and live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a close intentional community. We provide exposure to fields such as church and urban ministry, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and community development.
