District 99 is part of Toastmasters International.

Our boundaries include the Central and Northern regions of Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Through its clubs, Toastmasters International helps people learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking — vital skills that promote self-actualisation, enhance leadership potential, foster human understanding and contribute to the betterment of mankind.
