Melissa at South Centre Diva Salon is amazing! She is an educator so more than experienced in colours and cuts! When I came in my hair had been coloured three times by a previous hairdresser in attempt to match a picture of dark to blond balayage. I was very nervous to have it coloured a 4th time and skeptical I could get the look I wanted. I asked Melissa can you get this look? She took her time assessing my hair and says yeah no problem! She got me in the next morning and was totally confident in everything she did. Even gave me a complimentary hair mask to add some moisture to my overtreated hair! The end result was beautiful, exactly what I had hoped. Also on a side note she was super gentle with my hair when brushing it out as I have fine hair and breaks easily. Just another thing I appreciated! Thanks again Melissa ! I'm beyond happy with my result, was money well spent !

Extremely bad service! I stopped going there years ago simply because they would book me in, only for me to show up to "my appointment" and be told they never properly booked me in:/
Tried to tell my sister DON'T go there anymore. They are horrible with booking appointments! Now she knows! They've done this to her twice! The second time was from their "manager"! Very poor! Good luck to those of you who have an "appointment"! I told her my goodness! Were they able to give you a discount for screwing up?? Their response was "no , it was our manager who "booked" you in. :/

I got my hair cut with Christina Dodds, and she was fantastic. First and foremost, she is a hair enthusiast and she knows what she's doing. I've never had a better cut. Second of all, she's charismatic, funny and friendly. My experience at DIVA Southcentre with Christina was the best I've had. I love my hair style (a lovely pixie cut) and I look forward to going back for future styling. I definitely recommend Christina. So keep a look out for her.

Paid for my girlfriend to get her hair balayage for her birthday and 3 hrs later she came back looking like my 50 yr old mother, with like 10 highlight looking strands in her hair and a tear in her eye, now I'm paying another 200$ to get it completely redone by someone else. She's currently sitting in a salon with over 30 foils in her hair!! Pretty bummed out. Even as a dude I knew instantly it was not done correctly. Nice lady's just inexperienced In ombré and balayage.

Hailey is a brow goddess. I've seen her a few times now to have my lip and brows threaded. She's quick, she's always on time, it's not painful, and she gets the shape perfect every single time. Prices are reasonable as well - I don't feel like I'm overpaying. I highly recommend seeing Hailey for for any threading/waxing!
