Take BACK your health! Join us at the exclusive Edmonton movie premiere of "Doctored", a documentary by producer Jeff Hayes. 4 /30 /14 at the Royal AB Museum

The Edmonton Chiropractic Society presents a special screening of “Doctored” on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton (doors at 6 p. m. , movie at 7: 00 p. m. ).

“Doctored”, released in 2012, explores what the film calls the monopolization of the medical system by “influencers” including the American Medical Association.

Viewers learn the story of how five chiropractors labelled “an unscientific cult” fought back and won a landmark verdict when the AMA was found guilty of “conspiring to contain and eliminate the chiropractic profession” in 1987. The film reveals how this victory stopped the suppression of alternative health care modalities and opened the door for public dialogue focusing on preventative care and safe natural alternatives.

In addition to the film, the evening will feature time for guest interaction with representatives from alternative health modalities along with opportunities to learn about chiropractic care and other health care alternatives. Attendees will also have a chance to enter draws for prizes.
