slow delivery always missing toppings

Came here with my boyfriend and after having placed our order, we decided to head out and wait in the car for the remaining 10 minute waiting time. As we held hands and hugged on our way to the vehicle, one of the workers came out and scowled my boyfriend and I for our pda because she had her kids in the vehicle.
I personally don't think you should be bringing your children to work at such late hours while on shift. It is not our fault if you cannot get a babysitter on time or whatever the case may have been.
We are customers and are in no way deserving to be called out like that.
