Domino'S Pizza

I think there's new owners at this location, definitely not the same ppl I usually see working there. I've ordered pizza before from this location for years and no issues, however I haven't been to this location in over one year until recently. I order a vegetarian pizza and hardly any topping from the four topping i ordered. It's almost like they were counting it. My pizza had one spinach on each slice and the banana peppers had one to two tiny pieces on each slice and I had two slices that had none. I won't be ordering from this location again. I wish I read the reviews before going in

I called about 10:30pm to order pizza instead of telling me they are closing soon, they took my order and told me it will take 35mins to get delivered but my pizza never showed up made me wait an hour
Sh*tty service

Absolutely awful. I've eaten the items I ordered today many times before, and this time they tasted like plastic. Literally everything I ordered tasted AWFUL. I don't know how it's possible to mess up that badly, but somehow this Domino's doesn't know how to make food taste edible.

When I order from the dominos website i get deliveries from this store. The 2 recent times I ordered from this location then the regular pizza was so short on cheese that it was a waste of money. If I'd gone to the store to pick it up then I absolutely would have refused it. (the extra cheese pizza was okay). My tip is that if you pick up in store then open the box to check the toppings before paying.

I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a pizza for supper from this location which is literally a 5 minute drive from my house! After waiting for one and a half hours for the pizza I called to check that everything was good; they said the pizza was on its way already. I waited a bit longer and after more than 2 hours I called again and they said it was on its way and that there was nothing they could do about it. If I knew It was going to take more than 2 hours to get a pizza I would have never ordered from this location. I had to cancel the order. I was very disappointing with how they handled the situation.

Not enough toppings.

Edit: Thanks for the response. If you haven’t done so already, my best advice would be for management to make it clear to the employee’s that they must add more toppings to the pizzas they make and that would solve the problem. Furthermore, this store should fix their debit/credit machine in-store to stop asking for tip and to accept "tap-payments" since there are many other pizza stores and companies that have their debit/credit payment machines setup to not ask for tip from customers who come into the stores to pick up their orders. Tip is for delivery drivers who deliver the pizza.

Ordered a pizza at 4:40, it arrived at 5:25 made incorrectly. Called at 5:30 and asked for a new one to be sent. Nothing was sent. Called at 6:20 and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about. Said they would remake it. Nothing delivered. Called back AGAIN at 7 and was told it was on its way and they were busy, and then the person HUNG UP ON ME. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Also, it's now after 7 and I still don't have a pizza.

They always get my order right and done super fast.

Careful or you'll be called a liar for calling them out on their bullshit.
