Great place to buy guys. I am a part time mechanic and normally buy higher end cars as per customers needs. I haggled with them over a price, they happily did with me without showing rudeness and bad attitude. They guys are super nice and accommodating. Unlike others, who just know how to make bad faces after haggling. I always advice to get a independent third party checkup for used cars. I highly recommend this great business to buy used cars. These guys deserve your business for their nice straight forward business method of doing business.

You’re website said open Sunday till 6 so drove about 20 minutes to look at some cars. Found out you we’re close when I got there. I took the liberty to look around. By the way the black 2015 mustang 3.6L v6 doors are unlocked. Very nice car nice interior. The push start didn’t work but would love to take it for a test drive when you’re actually open.

Do not buy a vehicle from this business unless you check it at an independent mechanic before the purchase. Unfortunately, this dealer can not be trusted, their mechanical assessment is a joke and they will forget about their responsibilities the second the vehicle is off their lot... I learned it the hard way.

All the cars I viewed here were really low quality and dirty inside and out. It's the kind of place you think of when you imagine a used car lot. The one car I took out for a test drive was not road worthy, it was outright dangerous. If you don't know cars stay away, they are not your friend and they will try to sell you an overpriced junker. If you ever meet Victor, just let him eat the cat food.

Heard about Double L Motors by word of mouth. I usually don't like going through used dealerships that I dont know of. But because I heard that they have really good prices, I went there anyway. Rez, an auto sales consultant, had greeted with me with a smile and enthusiasm when I walked in the door. He wasnt pushy, he gave me time to look and decide and provided me information that I needed to know about any of the cars. Jock, the finance manager, is also very nice, and professional. Not pushy either.

The environment is very calm and relaxed. And that's what I like. I would recommend my family and friends to go here!

The truck I came down for just sold. Once I was on the lot thought I would look around anyway. Ended up finding a even better F-150 that had just arrived. Everything went seamless with the financing. Thank you!

I purchased a used car from Double L several weeks ago now. I was apprehensive about buying a used car especially being a woman so I thought it best to start with dealers. Big mistake as I went to two and both wasted my time coming to them as they gave me wrong information, basically lied. But, I needed a car so hoped I would have better luck with a private business. Double L couldn't have treated me any better. I found Jay, my salesman, honest and very patient. All the staff, including the owner, made me feel taken care of not taken advantage of. I printed my insurance documents, they drove me to pick up plates as I wasn't sure where to go and then put them on, filled the car with gas (free), cleaned it and checked the tire pressure while I returned my rental. What a very nice bunch of people! Thank you Colleen

Customer service was awesome, I would recommend that you bargain with your manager before buying a car because I was able to save $1500.oo by doing this. I might add that financing did take a bit longer than I was told it would initially however they apologized for this and explained to me that the reason for this was because they needed to check with multiple lenders to insure I receive the best interest rate..

Friendly staff and not pushy at all. Made sure I got the best deal. Cars were all clean inside and my vehicle had been cleaned inside and out when i went to pick it up

Bought 2009 Forester this summer for girlfriend. drove home and it sat for about a month as she did not know how to drive standard. Finally starts driving it and after a long drive found the vehicle made a large bang around corners. Researched and found center differentials have issues and work fine driving straight but after long drives can bind and cause the banging when cornering at low speeds. Called to see what they would do and only offered their service shop to look at...at our own cost. Also refused to do anything as they 'provided a discount.' Now I'm no salesman but have purchased vehicles before and never called negotiations a discount. So now we are stuck with an 8 grand car that needs a transmission luckily I know a shop that knows their stuff and will work with us to fix double l's lack of customer service and clear vehicle knowledge. IF there was a zero rating you can bet I would choose that. Would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
