As a longtime Home Builder & Renovator who has successfully built nearly 200 homes, I harness this valuable expertise to help buyers not only find quality homes and avoid bad ones, but give them accurate estimates on overall renovation costs. When it comes to selling, I possess the know-how necessary to find effective ways to better present one’s property, such as re-painting or adding new flooring. And if that particular property has been recently upgraded, I still make it a point to explain each and every renovation in detail and discuss the benefits. In addition to my Real Estate License, I hold a Diploma in Construction Engineering.
