My neighbors got a quote for a 2-tier deck replacement from (either Home Depot or Rona), and then got one from Dougco which was waaayyy less. They replaced the neighbor's 2 tier deck in 3 days (each deck about 10'x10'). It looked great so I got a quote and they were able to start the next week. I am so happy with my own new 2-tiered deck and the skirting they included around the lower part is fabulous, as it keeps my dogs from getting under it. I requested a gate last minute for the upper deck and they accommodated so quickly. Based on other neighbors seeing our decks, Dougco has replaced at least 2 other neighbors decks and I don't doubt will be doing more in my neighborhood. Tavis (who was the primary one at site for the actual deck replacement) touched base with me several times during the replacement, which was appreciated. And Karen the Contract Manager in the office, was very prompt with replying to my emails, even during evening hours. I have spent so much of the last 5 days just enjoying my deck.
