Well I got there just at opening and had to wait a long time. It was cold and blowing and least wasnt in a hurry. For my time and patients I got my burgers free thanks the customer appreciation.

Good place to stop by. The boy miss-understood in my order. The manager came right away to fix it. I really appreciate her pitched in and solves the problem.

This place has gone down hill. Why? Greed. Portion sizes on the cones and sundaes have shrunk to the point that it's a total rip off. Cakes are 10-25% more expensive than other nearby locations. The 99c burgers are now gone, replaced by ones twice as expensive that taste microwaved. It doesn't help that most of the staff seem poorly trained, unfriendly and unable to prepare menu items consistently.

Save your money and your taste buds and go elsewhere.

Every time I order a blizzard, they overfill it to the point that the lid they put on, is bursting off. I literally live 3 minutes away. And for some reason in 3 minutes your ice cream turns into a bursting soup can. By the time I get home (4 minutes if I hit bow trail lights) I am scooping up soup from my cup holder. By the time I get inside, I have a milkshake that I am trying to contain in two cups. your generous overfill on a blizzard is now all over my car, hands, and kitchen sink. Thanks.

Asked for combo, refused the upsize, while waiting the cashier said she didn't charge me for a combo and just the burger and drink. Cashier asked superior for assistance, superiors solution was to charge me for a regular order of fries. They made $2 extra and lost a customer due to pure laziness. Just a tip for next time, refund the order and charge for the correct order. Food was good.

The gentleman who served me not only knows me went out of way to show care of how I felt made my meal comforting like home.

Best Dairy Queen chocolate-dipped cones in south Calgary (compared to Deer Valley and Lakeview). Cones are served creamy-smooth with warm, soft chocolate dip - no wax or ice crystals.

Typical fast food restaurant. They'd get more stars if their discount pricing was consistent (ie a $7 meal deal should cost $7 + GST but it doesn't - it costs a handful of cents more!)

Dry, tasteless burger despite being drenched in bland sauce. Don't bother unless you're in a hurry and desperate like I was.

SERIOUSLY disappointed. Had a BOGO coupon and staff couldn't figure out the correct pricing. When I questioned her she couldn't give me a straight answer. When I asked for a receipt, instead of giving me the itemized receipt, she gave the credit card total which proves nothing. It wasn't worth the effort to argue with her when it became clear the math was beyond her. Won't be back #Iwasrobbed

I got the last waffle cone this location will ever serve. The staff are efficient with a good sense of humor. Convenient for parking, great location.
