Great service, the food was fresh and delicious. The $7 meal is banging.

Used to go every time we took the kids to swim. This is the last time. Extremely poor service. We will find someplace else that shows some effort.

I used to love this place. Staff now are beyond rude! There are other Dairy Queen that are much better. Called Manager to complain but she could care less. DON'T GO

Pretty decent. Seem to be understaffed as there is always a wait. On that note, sooooo many seniors that have no idea what to order. Line-ups. Line-ups everywhere!

It was pretty clean and the service was fast. The staff were friendly. We just had ice cream so I can't comment on the quality of the food. The Blizzard was tasty

I can not believe many people still expect free stuffs in this world. Shame! If you want, Pay for it! They are doing well and helpful. Cheers!

Bought two ice cream things for my wife and I totaling $10. Asked for an empty small cone for my puppy to eat. Manager type insisted I pay $1.00 plus GST for the empty cone. I'd give zero stars were that possible on Google! My local DQ gives away free empty cones for puppies, small dishes with ice cream for puppies, has tables outside to use so your puppy can join you there, and generally seems to welcome its clients. Pass the word!

Never go to this Dairy Queen! Go to Elbow Drive Dairy Queen.

Firstly, I had to repeat my order to a disinterested food counter attendant three times. I believe his name is Jun. He could have cared less in what I ordered. It was pathetic.

Secondly, he managed to serve my order incorrectly, after repeating order 3 times.

Thirdly. The food was disgusting and cold. I believe their was a hair in my mouth. DIGUSTING!

Fourthly. I went to get my order corrected and they threw my dipping sauce at me. RUDE!

Fifthly. No apology, what so ever. The audacity.

I was embarrassed. I will not recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. If you are thinking of going to the Dairy Queen in Braeside, please save yourself the hassle, convenience and headache. Go to the Dairy Queen on Elbow Drive.

No one else should go through, what I went through.

gross, DQ charges way to much money - food is completely nasty. No wonder I have not been for 15 years.

Seriously disappointed, I've always been the biggest fan of DQ chicken fingers, they used to be worth the almost $15 they ask for them. In the last while, a year or two at most, the chicken fingers have become the most pathetic little pieces of chicken, and when I ordered a side of ranch to dip they filled the dip container maybe about 1/4 full, enough for maybe two of the tiny, over-battered, shreds of chicken. All of this coupled with cold fries.
I'm pretty sure it may be due to a change of ownership, but I am so disappointed, I didn't believe such a reputable establishment like Dairy Queen would let any of its locations try to rip off its customers like this.
I only live a few blocks away, but this has gotten ridiculous, and I would much rather drive a couple kilometers away to find a better location.
The only reason they got two stars instead of one, is because the people who work there are nice, so you have that, good job.

Food was good. Service was allow prices were no good as the meal was all wrung in at full price. No deal was given even though I had chicken straps, f ties, and a drink (chocolate shake)
