My overall therapeutic approach involves assessing and training brain activity using EEG (electroencephalogram) signal generated in the brain. The goal of neurotherapy (or neurofeedback) is to alter various brain activation patterns that correlate with known symptoms of ADD, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, etc.

This approach is non-invasive and when the patterns of activation are "reset", they tend to remain at this more efficient and functional level, i. e. , neural plasticity. Brain training is an effective and efficient way to address a wide range of problem areas in people's lives.
