I appreciated that they dont use any high pressure sales tactics.

Before I came into buy my vehicle I was in contact with Candice Chalmers, she was incredibly helpful over the phone and answered any and all questions I had. She was the main reason I ended up at drayton valley Toyota, once I got there she was more than helpful, knowledgable and easy to get along with. She has followed up with me after my purchase and always helped with questions after the sale. I would recommend anyone go to her for a vehicle purchase

They went above and beyond for our purchase, even going as far as picking us up in Sundre (nearly 2 hours away) since we were vehicle-less. They stayed open late while we got our in transit permit figured out and made sure we had everything we needed.
I would definitely recommend going through this dealership. We will definitely be letting them handle any of our future purchases.

Went in to drayton just shopping around checking out minivans for our large family and stumbled across Candice. What an amazing saleswoman. Totally listened to what I wanted and found me a great match within my price range. She made the whole process really easy! Will recommended her to everyone

Worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a truck from them a few years back. No issues there, coming home from work my wife went wide on our driveway and into the ditch. After getting it out, noticed issues. Took it in and they quoted me almost 4000 grand to fix. I laughed at them. I thought it was April fools. They said it needed this and that and weren't even going to let me leave because the truck was not drivable in their eyes. I refused and they charged me 300 diagnosis fee. My neighbor came over, had look and laughed. He went to Napa got parts for less than 400 and we did it together in 3 hours. I couldn't believe it. This dealership in garbage!

Shanese Melville did a great job communicating both by email and phone in the purchase of my van. She went above and beyond by responding to my emails sent after hours and was always quick to get back to me. I believe they were fair in negotiating a good price on a slightly used sienna that was in great condition. Jeff Walker, the manager, was also good by calling me when needed and ensuring the final purchase was done efficiently and quickly. Love my new Sienna!
