Part 1: A company that provides affordable housing to people in Alberta. . . specifically Leduc, Devon and Thorsby. We are landlords that care.

Part 2: A company that provides hands-off real estate investments to people that do not have the time or knowledge to invest their money, and are tired of the low returns from their RRSP's, mutual funds, and stock portfolios
