When we purchased our bridesmaids dresses, the customer service was great! They were really helpful and offered lots of great suggestions. We had some issues with sizing when the dresses came in and Durand bridal was great. They helped sort everything out and they were very flexible. They offered several solutions and I was very happy with the outcome. The sizing issues were not the fault of the bridal store; however, they were still very willing to work with us.

Went in there looking for a Grad dress for my daughter. We had already been in 3-4 others. They were SO incredibly friendly and helpful. They told exactly what could be done to very easily make any dress modest. The lady we were dealing with had to go on break and the owner came to help. They had great suggestions and helped my daughter fall in love with every dress, but also helped her narrow it down.

This store/staff is amazing! They have dress sizes that will fit anyone from small to plus size! And if you have ever tried wedding dresses on you know you go 6sizes up from what you normally wear in regular clothing! So being able to try dresses on that FIT is great!!

This store is amazing the ladies there are awesome they were so helpful and friendly there dress selection was great I bought my dress off the sale rack which also was a Amazing selection and great prices. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a dress great experience great ladies.

Something that could have been a very bad experience was turned into the BEST experience I've had while planning and getting ready for my upcoming wedding.



I purchased a fur cape from Durand Bridal and paid a little bit extra for rush shipping because I was a bit last minute. The cape didn't come in when it was supposed to, so when my mom went to pick it up I told her to ask for my $20 that I paid for rush shipping. However, when she got there it turned out that they sent my cape in the wrong color. Before my mom even had the chance to get mad Leslie told her she was refunding ALL my money and also having one of the more expensive capes that came in the correct color but wrong style custom tailored to what I had ordered originally. Leslie sent me an e-transfer with the entire balance of what I had paid for my cape, and I went in the next day to pick up my custom-made fur cape.



I did not expect this level of customer service, and I am blown away. Something that could have been a very stressful situation was completely smoothed over and caused me absolutely no stress at all.

Just ordered my wedding dress and I'm so happy with it but in all reality all Bridal shops have beautiful dresses but this shop shines above all others. I first went to the shop back in 2014 with a girlfriend of mine in preparation of her own wedding. I was super impressed with the care and attention she received from her consultant and I swore if I ever got married I'd be back. The owner is fantastic and super attentive! She was somehow able to make me look like a princess. I'm confident that come my special day I will look enchanting! Thank You Durand Bridal. Shout out to Cassandra for being so fantastic. You rock girl! And Chantelle will be an amazing consultant with such an awesome set of mentors!

Im not a person that needs the fuss. I put off dress shopping because I didn't want to deal with the wedding dress sales people. That didn't sound fun at all. My aunt booked me an appointment here, because she happened to walk by it one day. Thank goodness she did!! Ask for Leslie! She is a Godsend when it comes to dresses. She helped me find the one (which was dress #2) within an hour. So we went back and bought a dress for my daughter (the Elsa one of course), and my maid of honour, plus some accessories, maybe a few tiara's that needed a home... My dress, without a doubt, was one of my favourite parts of my wedding. Just being able to wear that beautiful creation. I had a cape!

I would like to thank everyone at Durand Bridal for being one of the best experiences I had while dress shopping... being a bigger gal, one always gets nervous while clothing shopping but everyone at this shop was so amazing that I didn't even think about any of my usual hang-ups while dress shopping. Now that the wedding is over and I'm looking at my photos, I know that Durand helped me find my perfect dress and was able to make my bridal moment a fantastic one.

I got my dress from Durand Bridal during the Bridal Bliss show at the Carriage House in back in March. I went in not expecting to find a dress, but with all the options and the amazing consultants I found my dress. It was so unexpected I had to call my Mom to meet me there and get her approval. They put it to the side and I bought it that very day. I felt beautiful on my wedding day all thanks to the perfect dress.

I can't say enough good things about Durand Bridal. The store itself is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable, with a beautiful selection of wedding dresses. My consultant, Margie, made me feel welcome instantly, and was instrumental in helping me find my perfect dress. My mother, sister and myself had a spacious area to sit, given water and allowed to walk the racks and select styles I wanted to try on. Margie made suggestions based on my selections and if a dress I liked was not available in my size she found something comparable that I could try on to see how the style looked on me. I had an amazing experience and would recommend Durand Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress in Calgary.

The way they let you walk around and put the hearts on the dress is super fun to do with your group and it lets you see everything the store has to offer, then if it turns out you didn't like what you chose, they use their expertise and find that perfect gown. The staff make you feel comfortable and beautiful no matter what body shape you have. I would recommend this place over any other place 100%. :)

Brought a friend of mine here yesterday to try and find her wedding dress. Brenda, and all of the staff were super helpful. We were helped right away, my friend and I were able to look through the dresses on our own and were treated with so much caring and respect. Brenda listened to my friend's words and didn't pull any dresses that she did not like. The first dress she tried on was the one she ended up going with. Amazing Bridal Store. No pressure and plenty of fun. Marjie, Sam, Trudy and Leslie all were amazing. I found my gown and bridesmaid dresses very easily. Selection is amazing. Overall the staff is what makes the store. This is definitely the place to go to buy gowns for all occoasion from prom to wedding.

5 stars isn't enough for this amazing place! I'm competing in the National Canadian Teen Pageant this summer so I needed a beauty dress. I'm a curvy girl, so dress shopping can be hit or miss but with the amazing size range and helpfulness I felt amazing! My platform is being an advocate for mental health and body positivity and this store embodies everything I stand for. Thanks again!

Tried to make an appointment through email the first time, I was given times and dates and then when I picked one I was never gotten back to. So I went into the store to ask my question, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was told to make an appointment online for the beginning of April to order my bridesmaid dress. I tried making the appointment and no one ever bothered to get back to me, I even tried calling and no one ever answered. Ended up going somewhere else after waiting two weeks into April for a reply. It's a shame, because when I was in the store they were lovely.

Just ordered my wedding dress and I'm so happy with it but in all reality all Bridal shops have beautiful dresses but this shop shines above all others. I first went to the shop back in 2014 with a girlfriend of mine in preparation of her own wedding. I was super impressed with the care and attention she received from her consultant and I swore if I ever got married I'd be back. The owner is fantastic and super attentive! She was somehow able to make me look like a princess. I'm confident that come my special day I will look enchanting! Thank You Durand Bridal. Shout out to Cassandra for being so fantastic. You rock girl! And Chantelle will be an amazing consultant with such an awesome set of mentors!

Im not a person that needs the fuss. I put off dress shopping because I didn't want to deal with the wedding dress sales people. That didn't sound fun at all. My aunt booked me an appointment here, because she happened to walk by it one day. Thank goodness she did!! Ask for Leslie! She is a Godsend when it comes to dresses. She helped me find the one (which was dress #2) within an hour. So we went back and bought a dress for my daughter (the Elsa one of course), and my maid of honour, plus some accessories, maybe a few tiara's that needed a home... My dress, without a doubt, was one of my favourite parts of my wedding. Just being able to wear that beautiful creation. I had a cape!

I would like to thank everyone at Durand Bridal for being one of the best experiences I had while dress shopping... being a bigger gal, one always gets nervous while clothing shopping but everyone at this shop was so amazing that I didn't even think about any of my usual hang-ups while dress shopping. Margie and I clicked almost instantly and would tell every bride to try and ask for her! She knows her stuff!



Now that the wedding is over and I'm looking at my photos, I know that Durand helped me find my perfect dress and was able to make my bridal moment a fantastic one.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is amazing. The service is unlike anything I've experienced before. It's completely different from any other bridal shop. My stylist Cassandra was fantastic...she was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, caring, and patient. Everyone at this place is phenomenal. After a terrible experience at another bridal shop, Durand completely turned my day around. If you're looking for a fun bridal experience, this is the place to go...I was so happy to find my beautiful dress here. Thank you so much Durand and Cassandra!

I got my dress from Durand Bridal during the Bridal Bliss show at the Carriage House in back in March. I went in not expecting to find a dress, but with all the options and the amazing consultants I found my dress. It was so unexpected I had to call my Mom to meet me there and get her approval. They put it to the side and I bought it that very day. I felt beautiful on my wedding day all thanks to the perfect dress.

I can't say enough good things about Durand Bridal. The store itself is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable, with a beautiful selection of wedding dresses. My consultant, Margie, made me feel welcome instantly, and was instrumental in helping me find my perfect dress. My mother, sister and myself had a spacious area to sit, given water and allowed to walk the racks and select styles I wanted to try on. Margie made suggestions based on my selections and if a dress I liked was not available in my size she found something comparable that I could try on to see how the style looked on me. I had an amazing experience and would recommend Durand Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress in Calgary.

I can't say enough about my Durand Bridal experience. Marjie and Brenda were amazing. They took the time to find out about me and my vision before setting us out to choose potential dresses. Marjie had me try various styles so I knew what I loved and what looked best on me. I ended up buying a dress that makes me feel like an absolute princess when I'm in it and it's nothing like I envisioned for myself. I know my groom will love the look and have his breath taken away when I walk down the aisle. If you're looking for your perfect dress head here first!

Highly recommended! My daughter found her grad dress in one day and all because of the fantastic service she received. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very attentive. At one point there were 3 wonderful ladies helping her. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service

Durand Bridal has the most amazing staff I could ever imagine. This is the place to go if you want the perfect team to help make your shopping experience extra special. The way they let you walk around and put the hearts on the dress is super fun to do with your group and it lets you see everything the store has to offer, then if it turns out you didn't like what you chose, they use their expertise and find that perfect gown. The staff make you feel comfortable and beautiful no matter what body shape you have. I would recommend this place over any other place 100%. :)

Brought a friend of mine here yesterday to try and find her wedding dress. Brenda, and all of the staff were super helpful. We were helped right away, my friend and I were able to look through the dresses on our own and were treated with so much caring and respect. Brenda listened to my friend's words and didn't pull any dresses that she did not like. The first dress she tried on was the one she ended up going with. I would highly recommend this store and will be bringing another friend of mine here to shop for dresses. Thank you Durand Bridal and thank you Brenda for a truly awesome experience!!

Amazing Bridal Store. No pressure and plenty of fun. Marjie, Sam, Trudy and Leslie all were amazing. I found my gown and bridesmaid dresses very easily. Selection is amazing. Overall the staff is what makes the store. This is definitely the place to go to buy gowns for all occoasion from prom to wedding.

5 stars isn't enough for this amazing place! I'm competing in the National Canadian Teen Pageant this summer so I needed a beauty dress. I'm a curvy girl, so dress shopping can be hit or miss but with the amazing size range and helpfulness I felt amazing! My platform is being an advocate for mental health and body positivity and this store embodies everything I stand for. Thanks again!

Tried to make an appointment through email the first time, I was given times and dates and then when I picked one I was never gotten back to. So I went into the store to ask my question, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was told to make an appointment online for the beginning of April to order my bridesmaid dress. I tried making the appointment and no one ever bothered to get back to me, I even tried calling and no one ever answered. Ended up going somewhere else after waiting two weeks into April for a reply. It's a shame, because when I was in the store they were lovely.
