Solid customer service provided by the staff. They are extremely helpful and go out of there way to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Unforunate i see many people giving low reviews within last 24 hrs. Looks like a bunch of buddies trying to sabotage a mans business. Shame. Keep up the great work DYCE!

My favourite store in West Edmonton Mall! I always find what Im looking for and the staff are extremely helpful. A lot of low star reviews are misleading because me and my friends have never had nothing but an amazing experience at Dyce. Keep up the good work, Dyce!

I was in a hurry to buy a very picky person a gift and the staff, who happened to be the owner was incredibly patient with me throughout the time I was there. I am so glad I stepped into this store on an off chance. I found their items of quality and worth every cent! Even better news -- the gift was loved!!!

Side note: I bought two pairs of leggings for myself, I'll be back for for more!

Had a great experience shopping here, employees were all so friendly and made sure I got exactly what I needed, they went above and beyond to find what I wanted, and not at all pressured me during my shopping. Would highly recommend anyone to go there, they will meet your highest expectations and standards.

I love whatchu guys have, clothing wise, hats, shirts & sweaters, but the one thing I don’t like is the fact that your website isn’t up and I Can’t Buy Anything Here In Calgary.

Didn’t have a good shopping experience when I was at the store BOTH TIMES.



Sales staff talked down to me, making me feel uncomfortable in the store.



Prices are a tad over priced compared to similar stores down the hall selling the same products for way less.



I wasn’t gonna leave a review. But then realized. My opinion about this business really does matter.



As they will jus delete the review anyways like the other bad ones.

And then Have their own friends n family come leave reviews to help boost the rating back up.



Watched it happen first hand. Have over 40 screenshots of yesterday’s debacle. As they threatened their own potential clientele.



I gave them two stars.



The only reason they got the extra one was because who ever was talking to me yesterday knew that I knew more about business and the situation than they did and treated me with respect over it.



Other than that. They deserve a one star.

I had shopped in the store while on vacation, bought a couple shirts but needed to return them the very next day. They would not refund me my money. I explained to the MANAGER that I live 7 hours away and so the gift card he wanted to offer me was not an option. There is no DYCE near me. Absolutely the worst shopping experience, no customer service at all. They would not make an exception at all.



DO NOT SHOP AT DYCE
