Frank started the family insurance business in 1979. He's a retired RCMP Staff Sergeant with 29 years of service, and also the former Alderman and Mayor of the City of Wetaskiwin! He enjoys working with all of his dedicated staff who are like family to him.

The people at Dyck Insurance are amazing, they have gone out of there way to make me feel comfortable, not only service wise, but finicialy as well. I have been driving since the early 70's and can honestly say this is the best insurance company we have ever had. We've been with them now since the mid 80's. We have all of our insurance thru them here at Dyck Insurance in Wetaskiwin (not to be confused with Dyck Insurance - Calgary).



Communication is easy, just like they were next door. A toll free phone number and email works best for me and I always get quick replies.



I referred work associates and friends and they have always told me later what a breath of fresh air it was for them plus it was more affordable. But affordable isnt what we should be concerned with, proper coverage, advice and support is what concerns me and trust me we get that too!

I have been a client of Dyck Insurance for approximately 12 years. As a testament to Dyck Insurance and their lack of turnover in brokers, I still have the same broker today! Angie has helped me with all of my personal insurance needs, and Dyck Insurance has assisted me with business needs as well. Dyck Insurance is extremely proficient at assisting remote clients...I have never lived in Westaskiwin. They work hard to get you the best rates. I remember times when Angie would call me up out of the blue to let me know that a new opportunity had presented itself for me to save on my insurance. While I am confident all of the brokers at Dyck Insurance are good as well, Angie is the best and and has always been pleasant and friendly to work with. She genuinely cares about her clients, and is extremely knowledgeable. I would never consider moving to another agency, even if Dyck stopped getting me the best rates. Some things money can't buy, and the relationship I have with Angie and Dyck Insurance is one of those things!
