I did 3 times he check my clothes and took my shirt up. I took my pant 2-3 inches down and I told him he can watch me too. But then they said I have to remove my pant I don't understand why. And staff to mutch root languages

I didnt take my test there, but I called about rescheduling or completing the drug and alcohol portion because I had a human error and thought my appt was 3 not 1pm. (the hearing woman had left)

JASON on the phone was super rude and actually hung up the phone on me. "You have to call your company (which I did), End of story" - then hung up.

I haven't even went yet and I can tell the professionalism level is very poor. These guys realize they probably aren't the only outfit in Calgary right? That doing these exams is a service, and myself, and the company, are clients?
