Good campground. Wish Eagle Lake was less of a disgusting slough though...

The lake water is toxic. There’s a big sign from Alberta Health Services to avoid contact with water.
Avoid !!!

The positive, staff are friendly and helpful and the place was clean. The mini farm is a nice idea and the animals look happy.
Big tree.
The negative, OVERPRICED. The amenities are old. Shower stall are small and only 1 was working at time of our visit. The lake is gross and no one go swim in that. The mini-golf is barely playable. The trees, most of em have broken branchs cause by the wind. This place can get crazy wind storm.
I do not recommend to go camp here. The place need a change of ownership and serious investment to renew the amenities. The lake will never be clean because you can see lots of cow going in it, they drink and poop in the water.

The campground was great. Big Trees. Three playgrounds for the kids. Petting zoo and they have animal feeding at 8 a.m.. Hayride at 8 p.m.. they have a free activities room with lots of games coloring books puzzles table games... mini golf course. They even had a cool little path to walk with the kids cut in the some tall grass & trees along the side north of the property and a couple little Bridges that go over water. And the little information signs explaining what you're looking at here & there. There was a pier. They had paddle boats kayaks row boats and what looked like a boogie board I think, for rent at really reasonable prices. We rented the 4 seater paddle boat for $12 for an hour. My kids sat in the back & loved it. They had a Sandy Beach the run all along their property along Eagle Lake. Half was dedicated to boats and fishing and the other half of the sandy beach was dedicated to swimming. They had a big hall near the beach for events that was rented out to a group while we were there. They also had a little convenience store and they offered free movie rentals which we took advantage of.
The only downside of this place was the lake itself - as there's lots of vegetation in it so we never swam in it but we did have fun with the paddle boats.
We also managed to get a site with electrical and water hookups. And there's a trailer dump so we didn't have to drive home with full tanks.
Great weekend !

Large % seasonal campers, connections for W,E are far - we needed an extra 30 foot extension for both. Interior roads very bumpy. Gravel lot was fairly level. Staff very helpful. Camp entrance gets Locked after 11 pm, with no key or electronic pass, but you can call office in emergency. No WiFi, and showers are $1. I believe that in high season a min of a week stay is required. If you want to see prairie dogs this is a great place, and they do have a few goats and chickens that one can feed.

Great sites and everyone is very friendly.

Very nice, well-kept, washrooms smell good, staff works hard to keep things flowing. Overall it was a very good stay. It is obvious that a lot of thought went into keeping the place running smoothly.

Was disappointed, roads narrow and rutted. The pull through not long enough for a larger unit. No full service. Sewage reeks. Not worth the rate charged. We were here for overnight could not get passed the smell. Would not be back.

Great RV park! Clean, quiet and relaxing. We stopped as an overnighter, it was perfect for our needs. Immaculate bathrooms and laundry room.
