Had an excellent night, with amazing drinks, with such a talented, inviting, fun staff. Shout out to Steven and Brad the two bartenders working last night making our Banff trip extra fun!

Great service, amazing food and perfect location. We enjoyed a relaxing night at earls after running the half marathon. The beer selection is so great. Totally recommend the berry stout, yum.

Food was delicious and waiters were excellent! Amazing service!

Fab restaurant with lovely views and friendly staff. We went on a Tuesday which was half price wine day but it looked like each day had some kind of offer on! As with most of the restaurants in banff, you are best either going early for tea or booking.

Always great in the lounge there, we visit a few times a month for the burger. Earls burger is the burger by which all other burgers are measured!

Great cocktails especially the Cesar

After having an average evening technology related I came in for a beer and dinner and the guys were so lovely, chatting away and helping me forget my drowned phone, and the food was great! Chocolate pudding is a must!

After a long drive to Banff, stopping here to grab a bite to eat made our day.

A mix up in my order and it was comped! The food was delicious and although it was busy our meals came out on time and the lovely server even charged my sons phone behind the bar for him. Loved the atmosphere and delicious food!

great food but I was really there to watch the oilers first playoff game. However they dont put the game sound on.. Only music ..not the kinda place u go to watch the game I guess

Very good service. Friendly staff. Hip vibe. Tacos and sweet potato fries with Rosè hit the spot and were very good. Would be even better with a wood burning fire place, bar snacks and pool table.

I was a little put off by a cleaner/paint smell upon entering. The tables are quite close together and I thought the prices were a little too expensive. However, I ordered and the portion size was very generous. The food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant. Server was friendly and service was quick.

Good menu and the food was spot on. Staff were friendly and the service was good but felt that it could have been better. This might have been down to staff numbers whilst we were there. Would certainly recommend Earls.

Although the time to table is a bot long,the overall ambience is amicable. The staff are very cordial!!

Food was good...but service was prwtty much non existant...not once did the waitress check on us...(well maybe once when she brought out the wrong meal and came to correct). But other than that meals were finished dirty plates in front of us...other servers would walk by and ignore us. I had to flag down the waitress to get our bill and it took what seemed like another 10 minutes to get it. Having served tables when I was younger I could understand all this if the place was busy...but my server had 1 other table besides us and there was like 5 in total for the whole restaurant....waitress looked puzzled when I tipped poorly too...not sure why.

Food was good, but overpriced.

A little warm water would be nice in the washrooms. Nothing but ice cold h2o.

Had to walk out because they would honour the happy hour pricing for our 5 year old (minors can't go into the lounge) but they wouldn't honour it for us. Will be contacting head office. You shouldn't have to pay more simply because you have a child with you. Turly awful customer service.
