This has always been one of my favorite places to go to because they have quality food for a decent price and they always have my favorites on the menu. When it comes to food there is never ever a concern and I will always go there if I'm craving something good on the tastebuds. As for the service, it's really hit or miss. It depends on what time of day you go in as sometimes they are really really busy and they just don't have the time to pay attention to you, but if you go during a non rush time, they're quite nice and friendly. But as I said, I go there for the food, not for the service.

Great place. Not too crowded unless there is a okay about to start and then you are in trouble. The lines will be out the door. Good food!

Went there on Monday evening. Order the Jamaican Jerk chicken wings and they were amazing. If you love your food spicy and flavorful at the same time, go for the jerk wings. Will be coming back for the wings for sure.

Place was cool. Food was ok nothing amazing. Server was definitely not in the mood for taking customers. You figure with being a Thursday and a game night she might be more in to it. Wasn't the case. Relaxed atmosphere which is cool

I went there last night and was pretty disappointed. They were having technical issues that I believe slowed them down, but even then I wouldn't suggest this location based on the service we got. I usually like the food at Earls but I got all the ends of the fries. Those garbage fries should have been tossed, not served to someone paying to eat them. We got our sides plates after we finished our appies. The server couldn't have been less interested in working at all. Whoever is expediting needs to take a closer look at what they're letting leave the kitchen and maybe the staff needs to have a team meeting on how to support each other when it's busy.

The food is ok and better then average for a chain restaurant. I find it salty, especially the steaks. The atmosphere is pleasant to look at, but the ambient noise is incredibly loud. What sent me away was that the parking lot is awful. Go up to Dalhousie for a better evening.

I understand that when a restaurant is on the busier side some things can slip through the cracks but our experience was just sad. It took a while for a server to greet us, and over 10 mins to get our drinks. We ordered & the side dishes of rice & vegetables were way under cooked so we asked for new sides & never received them. Our server maintained the same straight smiling face as if nothing was wrong with our meals. We did not see any management on the floor & nothing was offered for the under cooked side dishes & the meal really lacked luster. I haven't been to Earls in a while & now I remember why.

Good food and service. Good gluten free options that actually taste like normal food. Would recommend.

I would be able to give it a better review however waited several minutes and was not even offered so much as water. Had mentioned to hostess that I had theatre tickets. I don't have extra time to sit around and be ignored. This is not the first time this has happened. I probably won't be back

Not sure how this happened, but our plate of calimari ended up coming out half filled with crumbs from the fryer. we were there for a good 3 hours to watch a hockey game and rarely had anyone come by to check on us. Very disappointing.

I come here often for lunch and love it! Service is always amazing and very friendly. Usually Come for the Cajun blackened chicken with a glass of wine and it never disappoints.

The food and service is always really great. The environment is comfortable and warm. The only downside is the lack of parking.

With tip, a just a chicken breast on salad (Santa Fe) is over $20. That's just a lot of money for a non-heaping salad. So, the lost star is mostly price related. The other lunch specials looked tasty and had more to offer. The lettuce wraps are super tasty. They can be made with grilled instead of pan fried. Hard for my weight watchers friends to find lunches less than 15 points, when many only get 28 points their whole day. The bathroom was clean, but small/claustrophobic in the stalls as the walls and door are floor to ceiling.
