Earls Kitchen + Bar

My experience at earls was amazing we came for happy hour and it was pretty busy. Had Brandon as our server and even though he was busy his service was nothing less than perfection! I will definitely be returning and asking for him.

I had the best experience there tonight! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The food is amazing the avocado toast and the salmon is my favourite. But what ultimately made my experience so great was my surver Brandon he was fast he was constantly checking on me I was never without drinks. I will definitely be coming back.

Service was great, food was pretty good as well except for the garnishes, the mint in my lady friend's passion fruit limeade was brown in spots, cilantro on the poke was withered into nothing and the lemon wedge on our dry ribs looked like it had been under the heat lamp for a whole day. Also no hockey playing and when we asked about it no one ever got back to us. Not the best earls experience I've ever had but the happy hour prices were super affordable.

It took quite awhile for us to be greeted at our table, and our drinks would stay empty for a bit before asking for a refill. One drink didn't come out at all until the server came by our table after 15 minutes. It wasn't busy.
The food was good! And they did take one drink off the bill.
Would not recommend this location if you need to be somewhere.

Underwhelming. My husband and I came about a month ago as we had a gift card to use. My burger was quite pink so within 2 bites I asked for it to be cooked longer/replaced. The owner came out and assured me that the second burger would be on the house (well yeah, as it should be if I don't feel it's cooked thoroughly, even if it is from a chuck steak), but no other compensation on our bill, even though by the time the burger came my husband was done his meal. The server wasn't particularly friendly but did what was required. She made sure to thoroughly explain that when you pay with a gift card and there's a small amount outstanding, if you only hit tip % it will only tip on the small outstanding amount (yes, I was already aware). Don't think we'll be back any time soon.

Just went there tonight and I am very disappointed, the service is slow, the menu doesn't list all the ingredients on a salad (ie cheese). Our two drinks took over a half hour to get to us. People only came by to check on us after we complained to a server walking by, our server was nowhere to be found. If you are reading this, do not go here! Go to the Moxie's across the street. Or try the sushi place in Willow Park. Feeling pasta go to Chiantis! Just don't give your money to this Earls. If I could give zero stars I would!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Patio was open, great food, great happy hour specials. Servers were quick, paid great attention. Value was right on spot. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

March 30th 1pm Bar side-So I've been coming to this earls since I was literally a baby. I am now 22 years old. It's interesting how when you look a certain way you get treated so differently. I come in alone without makeup and a Starbucks cup filled with water and it's like I'm a homeless person. I just sold my vehicle so couldn't keep it in there. I'd be willing to go as far as saying my family and I have spent over 100s of thousands of dollars at this earls location specifically. It's funny how the staff just keep changing so they wouldn't know you've been a costumer for so long. As well as your grandparents who have been coming here for as long as they can remember as well. When there's a bunch of men sitting all around at the bar of course they're the ones who get treated with respect and in a timely fashion. And with a smile. Wow.
