Delicious shareable good. Staff were efficient and friendly and very nice ambience
A little on the pricey side

I was employed here, I wasnt overly fond of some of the disrespect being hired as a "dishwasher", wasn't treated bad but, not overly respected. when I had lunch there a year ago ish with family place was fully revamped waitresses and waiters were courteous good and hot food.

Service was spectacular. Relaxed and bright and airy. Menu items that you can't find at other Earls. I would come across city to eat here!!

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the service at Earls Westhills. Our waiter Connor was quick and very knowledgeable. Will definitely come again!

Our server was phenomenal. He even helped us decide what movie to go see after our visit to Earls. The Ceasars we had were tasty - the pickle garnishes were a nice touch. Will happily return to this location in future.

Booked a table with chairs for 8 pm on Saturday, June 3, 2017. The reaervation was not recorded properly and we had to wait a half hour for our table, while many others without reservations were seated as we waited. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Went here in the first place for their delicious biscuits with clotted cream and jam. Never disappoints! Jennifer was our waitress, she's very knowledgeable and incredibly sweet. Nick also visited our table a few times and he was quite nice as well. Big fan of the menu. Had bibimbap for the first time ever and it was amazing. The vegetarian options here are super tasty. Will come again for sure!

The food was pretty good however it was certainly not worth the price. The waiter was pretty careless ordering duplicates and forgetting orders. He proceeded to take away plates as soon as one of our party was finished. He rushed us to pay our bills - we had enough time for one drink before our bills were delivered. Also, we were told the seasonal rhino on tap was the pale ale... a little confused why they would offer a lager, a pale ale and a seasonal (Same as pale ale?) This was my first Earl's in Calgary and it will be my last. If consumers pay these prices for food, they expect the service to be comparable. Disappointing to say the least. The "customer service" has driven me to better competitors in this city. Thanks Sean.

We were seated in the booth facing the passthrou of the kitchen. It took ten minutes for a server to greet us, while I watched two managers talk that whole time we waited to be greeted. Our appetizer came out before first drinks... If I didn't come from the industry I would blame the server. In all honesty it is bad management. I watched this gentleman sit and talk and walk by our food three times before anyone ran our food out to us... which we ordered salads! I won't be coming back and I have nothing good to say about this location. We come in to spend money and we will do it else where now. Good luck to this location.
