Really bad service! Thank god there are more options in Sherwood park now. We won't be back!

Parking was a bit of a concern ... then we ate ... Daaauummmm! That was awesome!! Steak done to perfection, asparagus was tasty as all get out, and the potatoes were so good!!

I have been to this Earls many times and have never had a bad experience. The service is always fantastic and the food predictably yummy. They have accommodated my newly diagnosed food allergy very nicely and they are always great with my kids. Loved the new coconut shrimp appetizer, the burgers are always great and the Santa Fe chicken salad is my favourite.

Great staff and nice cozy place to enjoy good food.

Fantastic experience for a night out with my girlfriend! Received a great suggestion for a red wine to pair with my steak dinner thanks to our waitress.

My meal was perfect. My friends steak was rare and not medium rare. Service was friendly but our waitress was a touch condescending at a point or two. Still, we were not rushed and had an overrall pleasant evening.

Always loved Earls! Think it is great how they change things up, and try new combinations while keeping the main items I love. New Warm Kale Salad was amazing!!

Went to Earls this evening with my family. When we arrived we were told that there were no high chairs or booster seats. I asked why this was as it is a restaurant and there is a lounge. I was told it was to do with the ambiance..... that is ridiculous. I went to the washroom and there is no change table! We will not be returning unfortunately

We usually like Earls but recently they removed their chicken tenders from the menu which is what we always ordered. We tried the popcorn chicken and it was gross. Should have gone to mcdonalds for some chicken nuggets, it would have been better. At our last family outing we intentionally avoided Earls because of this regrettable menu change.

St Albert is still offering chicken strips, so I suspect its just the Sherwood Park location who makes poor judgement calls in regards to the menu. I hope the head chef or manager there reads this.

Service was friendly but not prepared. Took around 10 mins for a Caesar with an (essentially) dead restaurant. Food was decent. I chose not to stick around after I was demanded to give my ID to step outside for a cigarette, and then greeted with my bill upon my return. It's a shame, the Poke was actually something I wanted to finish.

My hubby and I usually go to this earls because the service WAS always good and pretty fast. The menu hadn't change from the original and it's what we enjoyed. However tonight was a complete let down. That will be our last visit to earls. They have changed the menu, the warm potato salad is horrible and dry, the coleslaw had Way too much vinaigrette in it, they no longer have tai chicken wings and not to mention the service was less then stellar, the prices have gone up by at least 10%. Now I understand it's Father's Day and it expected to be a little slower then normal however 35 from the waitress taking our order to getting our meals that's insane. It's time for us to find a new place to make our place to dine.

I ate there with a friend. We both had dishes with chicken in them. We both ended up very ill before we even left the restaurant. When I spoke to the manager, he told me we must have the flu. I will not be returning.

Went there for supper waited for 15 mins before we even got our drinks and then when ordered our meal the waitress ordered it how she wanted to because my sons plate was all messed up asked for our steak to be cooked and when we got it was raw! They the. Said would cook another steak for him waited 15 more minutes and then brought out just the steak on a plate nothing else with it and took $2 off of the bill because what happened to the steak! I always love going there but now I will never go back I can't even imagine if it was busy there was only 10 people in the restaurant when this happened!

Went for diner last night we usually come here ficasia bread was cold avocado toast was like hockey puck hard bibi mbap had hardly rice . Over all bad food experience. Server was great drinks were excellent supervisor said every thing was made to spec , time to change spec .

Well Earls...I used to love your restaurant, and ate at one of your chains restaurants often...but sadly I won't be eating at any of your restaurants as long as you are giving up on Canadian beef. Here's the thing...you don't support the Canadians that make your business profitable, we won't support you either. Bye bye. Been nice knowing you.

We brought our 10 month old out hoping for a nice night out and when we got to the door we were told there are no high chairs. When did earls change from a family restaurant? I know other earls have high chairs. The hostess offered us a booth though.. Which is not super helpful. So disappointing. Joey's was great though!
