This was awesome food and service they have the best deal in the city on Wednesday and Thursdays for dinner and a movie. Pasta ticket, All you can eat salad for about the same price a movie ticket at the theatre.

The Food and service are outstanding at this location. The dinner and a movie deal is awesome every Wednesday and Thursday for only $21.99 you get All You Can Eat and a movie ticket that is good for two years, so you don't have to use it that night!! We will defiantly return.

What a great experience with the kiddos. Came here for my son's birthday lunch, and while it wasn't busy, service was excellent. The food came fast and was tasty.

The kids specials were amazing value, and so were the kid drink specials (Shirley temples and the like). They even get desert.

Facilities are clean and well lit, and parking is ample. My son also got a free ice cream desert as well as the one included in his meal deal.

Will definitely be back.

Not only did East Side Mario's offer us their all you can eat soup or salad and bread, they also have a promotion going on this month where you get a free pasta to take home for later if you order from a list of about 9 entrees! It's literally like getting 3 meals in one once you factor in the all you can eat bread portion! This East Side Mario's is quite excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean and efficient. I will be going back (hopefully before this promotion goes away)!

Service is barely mediocre, and the menu is very misleading. My boyfriend and his friend ordered Veal Parmigiana. Where the description said it features 2 lightly breaded Veal cutlets, they both received one small cutlet. To top it off, it was served overcooked and nearly impossible to chew. We confronted our server about this, who called over the manager only to have him say they changed the portion to keep it as one piece rather than have it cut in half like they usually do (this still does not explain how small the cutlet was nor did they tell us why the menu was incorrect). Management did nothing to resolve this and only told us as it was. Furthermore, our server took down our other friend's order completely wrong (while failing to apologize to him), making him wait longer for his food, which unsurprisingly also came overcooked. Overall, our food portions were too small to fill us up and we ended up ordering fast food afterwards. Needless to say, we will never visit this establishment again.

I was very impressed. The last time I was at East Side Mario's was about 8 years ago and back then the food taste like it came out of a can. The food taste a lot better and the service was good. My wife and I will definitely visit again.

The food was good, but took over an hour and a half. They weren't even that busy. Service wasn't very good either. Took 25 minutes till the waitress came and even asked what we wanted we to drink. She then proceeded to walk away when she brought us our drinks. We had to stop her to place our order. Well the boyfriend ordered the Budda Burger, she told him they didn't have it anymore. Yet it is still on the menu. Well I know where I won't be going again. Yes food was good but you gotta get service to go along with it.

I was listening to this conversation and this lady is 100% lying and should be ashamed of herself. She told the hostess she had 11 people, and a child with a disability. The hostess offered to set up a table in the dining room and this lady stopped her, asking for a spot in the bar. The hostess let the lady know that 11 people won't fit inside the bar high tables and went to ask the manager to see if there was anything they could do. The manager told the lady that 11 people could not fit in the bar, and this lady began yelling at him, telling him he was rude and that her son needed to sit at the high tables (now she's saying he's​ in a wheelchair so how does that make sense?). If you're thinking you'll get something out of this huge lie, you've been exposed. Good luck, ma'am.

Sitting in the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. The server is rushing the food to the table - we had bread, our appetizers and soup & salad piled on the table within five minutes. Fully expecting the main course to arrive before we're half done. Not offered parmesan cheese, which would have been nice.

It's two minutes later and our main course has arrived, piled beside our appetizers and starters. We're not in a rush, but the kitchen definitely is.

Not a fun experience.
