I was presured to sign quickly. and wasn't given enough time to inspect my vehicle. Which resulted in me finding flaws in my vehicle once I took it home. Scott my sales guy was super nice with the best of intentions. Helped me out as much as he could, but he should of slowed down on the day I went for the test drive. If you go here, inspect the vehicle really well and read in detail all the paperwork. Overall I think I bought the car they needed to get rid off. Not the car I would of picked

My car had some mechanical issue and have to be towed in for repair. I am a first time car owner and didn't know what to expect, I am so happy that came here!
When I arrived with my car, I was warmly greeted by Karen one of the service advisor. She took the time to make note of the issues I experienced with my car. The shop was very busy, but the team find the time to have my vehicle looked at later on that afternoon, and have it repair right away so I can pick up the same day! They also offer complimentary shuttle service for their customer, which was very helpful too.
Thank you for all of your help with my vehicle, will definitely be back for future services!

I had never in a million thought I would ever get approved with no cosigner having just got a job and turned 21 a week prior to walking into east side dodge! Not only did Lawrence and Bobbi do that but they got me 4.99%interest rates and I drove away 2 days ago with a fully loaded Dodge Journey 0$ down. Amazing!!!!!!

Booked my appointment for a recall. I was surprised to find out there was two different recalls. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and was very surprised and happy to hear that both items had been fixed before noon.
Even happier to find that the car didn’t still have a bag over the seat and no cardboard on the floor.

Very happy with the service and staff.

Sorry to say this but very disappointed by the service.

I don't know, I felt like u guys r trying to rip people pocket that's all u do.
I came there for a regular service and included inspection for my grand caravan 2013. Oil change and top ups were ok .

But than they Included one thing for engine which brought up the price to 500+...
They also insisted me to change my brakes and rotors....
And they said my oil was leaking...
So I did the first thing for engine and other two I thought I will do it when I"have" to do it........

Then I observed on my drive way and got it checked it was never a leak .....
And than about the brakes n rotors ....
It's been 7500km it's all still working fine no noise nothing.....

I really feel bad, the first thing I got it done....
That must also be something made up....

I never write bad reviews but m so upset...that we being a customer and by not know anything about this things, come to u instead any local mechanics...
Just so we can trust u guys blindly.... And we can develop relation for the life of our car.
And u guys do this to us ....

I have a mixed review on behalf of my dad. They recently replaced the transmission under warranty. This part was handled well and they even provided a courtesy vehicle.

Because of this, my dad decided to go through his bills. He asked me about his cabin filter which he paid $30 just in labour for (plus $19.99 for the filter). 6 months later he was asked to changed his cabin filter again but paid $40 in labour.

My dad is 70 years old does not know much about cars but I showed him how he could change it himself in 5 seconds literally. So my complaints are: 1) why is he being charged so much labour to do this simple job , especially when Mr. Lube and Lube city don't even charge labour for this? 2) Although I completely disagree with being charged any labour for this, why did they increase the price 6 months later 3) Why would his cabin filter need changing 6 months after he just replaced it? I am very skeptical it needed it.

I strongly hope the service department is not taking advantage of an unknowing senior citizen.

I am taking a star away because it took the service department 3 tries to get the transmission replaced properly. The third time was the worst because the technician forgot to put the transmission cap back on resulting in fluid leaking. The brand new transmission ran on no fluid for roughly a week. I will be damned if the new transmission even makes it to the two year warranty mark.

Danny in the used department got me over Ian and Jason in the new department and they were amazing to deal with, and answer all questions I had, along with made sure I got all the bells and whistles.
I have dealt with the New and Used departments and they are all phenomenal to deal with.
I would recommend Eastside to everyone I know!

So my 2015 RAM 1500 goes in for a small paint repair. After an extra day in the shop and having to chase them at 4:15 pm to see if it was even going to be ready, I was told its in Quality Control and should be good to go! Sure enough, the call came in and it all good!
On picking it up the shop was closed and i checked the repair!!! Great except that the quality inspection was obviously completed by a visually impaired individual possibly viewing it for Manitoba! The rear wheel arch was grey in colour from the overspray of presumably the priming coat! Thank goodness for my quality control, not Eastside dodge!

Marlon did a great job finding the specific car we were looking for, adjusted a few small details and it is perfect. The entire process was quick, easy and painless from start to finish. Every person involved did a great job. Definitely be back.

My first visit with Eastside went fairly well. I came in with a really terrible credit situation, felt like I had no options at all and nowhere to go. Moe and Creg were very diligent in getting me into a nice car very quickly. They didn't mess around at all. I'm currently on my way to get it registered. Eastside will always have a customer.

I will start with the dealership property itself, being a wee bit disabled I noticed right off that the parking spaces for people like me were already shovelled out before I got there at SEVEN AM. Holy amazing. I then noticed how nicely organized the inside of the dealership was, this includes how clean the floors were. Hey I am ex-military and appreciate cleanliness. As I approached the reception area I was greeted by a nice young lady and it was sincere, I asked what time the sales people start and she said right now. I walked to the end of the of showroom floor (they had a great selection I must admit) and noticed a salesman sitting in his office so I approached and asked " are you the best salesman here" to which he responded " I am one of them" He invited me into his office and offered me a chair and the fun began. My salesman who I will call Terry was the type of salesmen most rookies would indeed enjoy as he was not pushy, aggressive well you know the stereotypical person in sales. We actually sat and chatted about ourselves for some time before Terry asked what type of vehicle are you interested in. I found Terry to be knowledgeable in all areas of vehicle sales, models, options, finance etc etc and I am a veteran when it comes to purchasing vehicles. We came to a deal on a car for my wife along with a trade in no time flat which was a nice change. After all the paperwork was finished Terry introduced me to the powers that be, Before I had arrived home (stuck in traffic along with the misses) Terry had phoned to make sure all was good, amazingly he even phoned on the second day. I was a veteran of another dealership to the tune of 10 transactions in roughly 4 years but Eastside and specifically Terry stole me away.
