My experience at Eastside Kia was very positive. A representative (Bhavrat) was very professional, helpful and polite. I would recommend Eastside Kia to everyone as a great dealership.

The salesperson asked if I needed help as I looked around, he was not high pressure.
I began taking interest in one car and he took the time to get all the information and show me the car.
I was then offered to take it for a test drive and found the car suitable and began a very honest no pressure negotiation for the sale price and services.
I would recommend the salesperson to other.

It was great dealing with both David Webster & Steve Bray at the NE Kia as they were both knowledgeable about their vehicles & great to deal with on a personal level. They were quite a joy to deal with as they joked with us & made us feel welcomed. They did their job well & it is most appreciated. Good job guys - thanks for all your help.

Really good service. I took a car there for a pre-purchase inspection. Even though they were busy they tried to do the inspection in less than 2 hours and they made sure I understand the issues with the car and even they gave me advice on buying a used car. Really appreciate their help.

After having some initial issues with the purchase, had a successful resolution with some issues that arose. The dealer principal Kelly Temple stepped up and helped make sure we left completely satisfied. Will definitely come back again!

Linda in finance was very informative with all of the extra options available for my vehicle and got all of the paperwork done very quickly so that I was able to pick my vehicle up right at the time that we agreed upon.
