We had the most excellent service and utmost sincerity especially with our sales person Abbas Baig. We had a 2012 Suzuki Grand Vitara in a very high interest rate auto finance from Carfinco previously and now we got a very low interest rate on a brand new vehicle of our choice. Especially the color that we wanted. The benefits are very substantial! (7 years warranty and other unlimited package) not to mention the "wicked umbrella" as giveaways.

I have been to other dealerships where I have been talked down to because I am a woman. Rahim did not do that- he talked to me like respectfully and took my opinions and concerns into consideration. I bought A vehicle last week a lancer 17, i really love the lancer, but i hesitate that i will not be approved cause im under consumer proposal but Bhavrit let me come to the east side kia tell regarding in my status , he told me that they have a good finance team, so dont need to hesitate to come by. and they got the magic not even a week, they have approved me on the vehicle that i do need. with a very comfy price on it, i would recommend to go to east side kia, for they are capable on this kinda thing.

I have 2015 Kia optima turbo I had battery replaced and remote starter replaced now it's in shop again with same problem push button a d it will not start battery light comes on seems like my lights and all dash lights are out of wack but it will not start just reves. Very frustrating it is

Bought a new Sorrento in 2016 love the beast as it's amazing and what I wanted to go camping in. Only negative points was the store offering 1000 for a 2006 Chrysler 300 that had 65 thousand kilometers. Manager specified the transmission was making a funny noise, I had that beast serviced a month before I brought it for a trade which included repairing the transmission. Other downside was I was not notified that my block heater was on back order so I was searching for half an hour Christmas day for a non existent plug in the super cold snow...

Why even have an online presence including an online system to book appointments if it doesn't work?



For 4 weeks, I've had a scheduled appointment listed as a winter tire change (my tires are in storage) and apparently Eastside Kia had no idea why I was coming in and didn't get the tires out of storage. If the system is that defective and doesn't work, then just take the online system down and make everyone call in. Or better yet, have someone in customer service call patrons to find out more details.



As someone who has bought exclusively from Eastside Kia (and Concept Kia before that) since 2001, this sort of revelation is frankly piss-poor.There's a book for today's consumer-driven world called, "Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3,000" and today I think that title is pretty apt.

So I was gonna trade in my Genesis for Kia Coupe. There was dent on front bumper, so sales person said that needs to be replaced or deducted. I said ok, that make sence.

They offer me $6500 because of that "significant" damage on the bumper. (it was dent 2"x2")

similar cars were (couple months back) for sale around 11-12k on Kijiji. So I decline this silly offer. Sold my car privately (with that huuuuge damage on bumper) month later for $10 000 cash. HUNGRY HUNGRY dealership

Brought my car in after a minor accident. Service desk receptionist told me I needed a damage report from the police. Went to the police station and couldn't get a report without a quote. Came in the next morning and was told to do a diagnostic test which would cost me $134. Called a mechanic to get another quote, $40. Not only does this service shop over charge but the service receptionist kept backtracking reasons why I couldn't have gotten a quote the day before. Waste of my time, I would advise not bringing your car here if anything isn't covered by warranty.

Why even have an online presence including an online system to book appointments if it doesn't work?



For 4 weeks, I've had a scheduled appointment listed as a winter tire change (my tires are in storage) and apparently Eastside Kia had no idea why I was coming in and didn't get the tires out of storage. If the system is that defective and doesn't work, then just take the online system down and make everyone call in. Or better yet, have someone in customer service call patrons to find out more details.



As someone who has bought exclusively from Eastside Kia (and Concept Kia before that) since 2001, this sort of revelation is frankly piss-poor.There's a book for today's consumer-driven world called, "Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3,000" and today I think that title is pretty apt.

So I was gonna trade in my Genesis for Kia Coupe. There was dent on front bumper, so sales person said that needs to be replaced or deducted. I said ok, that make sence.

They offer me $6500 because of that "significant" damage on the bumper. (it was dent 2"x2")

similar cars were (couple months back) for sale around 11-12k on Kijiji. So I decline this silly offer. Sold my car privately (with that huuuuge damage on bumper) month later for $10 000 cash. HUNGRY HUNGRY dealership

Brought my car in after a minor accident. Service desk receptionist told me I needed a damage report from the police. Went to the police station and couldn't get a report without a quote. Came in the next morning and was told to do a diagnostic test which would cost me $134. Called a mechanic to get another quote, $40. Not only does this service shop over charge but the service receptionist kept backtracking reasons why I couldn't have gotten a quote the day before. Waste of my time, I would advise not bringing your car here if anything isn't covered by warranty.
