Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. We have been paying off this 65inch tv now for 3 years and it stopped working. They took it gave me a 40inch in replace for 4MONTHS while we waited for our tv to be fixed meanwhile paying the same price every month. We get our tv back still same problems. It’s been taken 2 times came back and now it’s still not working. I call to talk to the manager and she is always to busy to talk to anyone. We’re 5000$ I’m on this tv and now they wanna replace it with a cheap High Sence. Very unhappy.

The staff here very rude

So unprofessional!!! We couldn't afford the bedroom sweet and couch set but we told them we will keep the washer and dryer (only 200 left on em) and she just hung up on my wife, what a disrespectful cu**

Well they are ok in a pinch I dealt with the one in abbotsford bc delivered my furniture 4 days before Christmas so my kids could come over but after Christmas and reading through all there are add ons that make no sense misc charges and when I lost my job they came to my place and harassed my landlords and kids to the extreme they were scared and kept coming. I guess and called everyone and harassed the references I gave no stop and if you are one day late it costs you over 50.00 and in the end I don't feel it's worth the Hassel. I want to give my furniture back but read the small print they will deliver it but won't pick it up so if you run into hard times you will wreck your credit, get harassed none stop as they stalk your residence. And harass anyone that lives around you and don't care!!!!! USE THEM WITH CAUTION AND REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO BE STALKED AND HARASSED THEN UP TO YOU BUT AT 47% Interest charges they are worse then anyone and you are being exploited for being less then. Should be criminal to charge that. Read the small print and make sure you don't have all the add in with out your permission cause they will do that. Have fun.
