Exceptional experience with a caring, kind and knowledgeable dental team!

Dr Vrbancic and his staff changed my life. I had to get dentures and was very depressed about it. Dr Vrbancic was amazing at putting me at ease about the procedure. It was not the bad experience I thought it would be. I now smile more, socialize more and the best thing I like is hearing my friends tell me I'm such a different person. I'm so very grateful for the experience and wonderful staff. Much respect.

Have nothing but great things to say about this dental clinic. I've had many unfortunate encounters with incompetent dentists. Dr. Vrbancic has taken the time to ensure past work that was done badly has been fixed, worked to help with my anxiety and answers all my questions. He's even worked around having a toddler and baby in my lap on occasion when I had to bring my kids. I would recommend this clinic.

This place will take you money any chance they get. I took my mom here to get new dentures made. After about a year the dentures broke in half and when we went back to have them fixed (which was gluing a mesh to the top to hold them together) we were charged almost $300. Three weeks later the mesh started to peel and we went back to have it fixed. When we were about to leave the receptionist said there was a charge for the fix, so I asked why, we had already been charged for the dentures to be made, then to be fixed when they broke and now to fix the fix.... ?After speaking to the dentist she came back and said they are different procedures and we had to pay for it, and this cost almost $200.

This is a complete scam and if you decide to go here don't be surprised if you get ripped off for mediocre service.

I went for teeth cleaning and general check up. The hygienist spent almost 2 hours cleaning/scaling bottom of my mouth to finally tell me that we didn't have time to see the dentist for cavity check up. On top of that, I will have to come back to do the rest of the cleaning (and see the dentist!) but they only have availability 2 months down the road. I go to the dentist every year and I've never spent 2 hours on the bed for a half-mouth clean up...Even worst, they charged my insurance company 500$ for the service!!!! Total rip off!
