We had such an amazing experience at Echo's yesterday! Such lovely ladies helping my girls find their grad dresses. We went in just to look and ended up buying 2 beautiful gowns.

The best dress shopping experience and affordable I shopped for my wedding dress and I don't have a traditional white dress style first off so many people offered to help me as soon as I walked more than one employee looked for dresses that where my style didn't feel pushed or judged. I am a self conscious and very anxious person and didn't want to leave the dressing room to model all the dresses and they didn't push for me to they reassure that I looked gorgeous. We found the perfect dress with the help of every one. There are so many shops where people look you up and down are snotty or rude or belittling this store is the opposite. Any occation I'd shop here

Over 15 stores later, we tried Echo. They made me feel beautiful and gave an amazing discounts. Fara was helpful, friendly and understanding. Other places in the city became rude realizing we did not have time to order but Echo did the opposite.

Had the perfect experience here. After shopping for bridesmaid dresses at numerous stores we came to echo evening and bridal and found two dresses very easily with the help of the staff. Fara (who helped us find dresses) was so accommodating, patient, kind and honest! Helped us figure out what our cheaper options would be and told us what she thought looked best. She went above and beyond for us and we were able to find two dresses before the wedding comes in a month. Great selection. Would reccomend this store to anyone.

Beautiful store with beautiful dresses. Store owner Diba has a high sense of style. You can tell from the dresses she carries in her store. I feel she is a high profile stylist as well who takes interest in helping the customers personally. See her for sure, she can hep you complete your total look. Amazing service!

Amazing experience! What amazing and very helpful people. Visit the store last week. I was in for a good surprise in what amazing selection of dresses they have in store. You can tell by the owners that they have impeccable taste in choosing the dresses. Thank you Diba and Neki for giving us ladies a Hollywood glamour!

Your company ruined my daughter's grad. We came into the store on March 27 and purchased her grad dress...told we couldn't buy the one she tried on...that should have been our first clue your company is shady. We paid for express shipping to Yukon and were promised the dress in 3-4 weeks max. The dress is still not here. Our daughter's grad is tomorrow. The dress needs alternations and you all knew that when you sold it to us. You took the money for expedited shipping but felt it was more important to pocket that extra cash and send this dress regular mail, even though on Friday May 4 you said it would be shipped expedited first thing Monday morning...thanks Fara...you're just the best! or, you know...you're actually not at all. I will never darken your door with my money ever again and every site that I can post a review of our experience wtih your business I will be doing so. Too bad I didn't know about your level of service before this. I hope everyone reading this gives serious thought before trusting this business with such an important purchase.

The prices were over the top expensive and when I asked if they would consider a discount theor response was that they didn't give discounts on pink dresses.really? If they would have even gave a $66.00 discount I would have bought 2 dresses. I've seen similar dresses in other stores for half the price..just the wrong color. Oh well, their loss!

Shoppers be warned before purchasing a gown from this store!!! I will say they have a beautiful selection of dresses. A nicely laid out store. And I can honestly say if we had come in and there were no issues with our dress, I would have highly recommended this store. However if you find yourself with an issue with your dress, be prepared to be screwed. We went in to pick up my daughters grad dress. The clerk made a joke that the dress was there for a bit and they almost sold the dress to some other girl. As soon as my daughter stepped into the dress I noticed 4 stains on the dress on the side where your hand would naturally fall. I pointed them out. Finally the owner came over and said not worry he could spot clean it. He brought the dress back out and said the stains were removed. There was a little wetness still on the dress fron the solution used, but said it would disappear as soon as it dried. Unfortunately there were watermarks left on the dress. I contacted the store and they asked me to return it to be cleaned. I did and once at the store the clerk phoned the owner to confirm it would be dry cleaned. I picked up the dress a few days later. The sales clerk said she thinks they washed the dress but didn't dryclean it, but the watermarks were gone so I was happy. My daughter tried it in quickly with a clerk to match a belt with it. I should have paid closer attention to this, cause once I took it back to the seamstress she right away said the dress has shrunk. Yes we can zip up the dress, but it's being forced. It is pushing skin folds on the top of the dress and back cleavage. The dress it perfectly a week before. The fabric around the zipper was all puckering now as well. The store has totally turned around and put blame on us for all of this! They make up stories such as my daughter told them she got deodorant on the dress. Please remember this is a dress she STEPPED into and the stains were below the hip! Im not sure of deodorant from her underarms got down there!!!! They also tried to defend the way they washed the dress, telling me you should never dry clean an all satin gown! Yesterday they offered $40 to cover alterations. Then offered to cover all my alterations to make the situation right. However after getting them a quote from my seamstress they do not seem to want to cover that now and are only offering us a full refund and leaving my daughter screwed 6 days before her grad without a dress. Never mind the fact that we have spent at $400 on shoes, belt and jewellery to match this one particular dress. They know I have no other option for a dress at this point and in my opinion are bullies only offering us the one option.

Order a dress two month ago but end up getting a different one. They saying the manufature changed the design and they feel sorry but its only a little bit of change. I hope there is someone out there understand me, a little bit of different is different. This is not the one I ordered. Very disappointed!
