Policies & Procedures:

1. Once a custom is started and Fabric is ordered, Orders cannot be cancelled.
2. For Normal orders payment is due HALF up front and the other half upon completion. That half paid up front is NONREFUNDABLE and if you choose to cancel you are acknowledging that the money will not be refunded.
3. PREORDERS are paid for in full up front and again are NONREFUNDABLE due to the nature of the work. Should you choose to cancel a preorder you are acknowledging that you will not be refunded.
4. Only in EXTREME situations will I accept cancellations of any sort and refund you.
5. Payment can be due in 3 forms: Cash, Paypal or EMT. Should you open a case on Paypal without first talking to me about the issue you will bebanned from the page and any future orders will be cancelled.
6. In Stock Items can be purchased at any time and picked up when requested.
7. Fabric will not be ordered until payment is made.
