The staff is really friendly, from Steve up front who made purchasing my outlander 1000 a breeze to the service and parts staff that are always great to deal with. I have multiple Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and Can-Am recreational products and I have always been happy with the selection of parts and accessories in stock. They have a good selection of machines in stock and the pricing was very competitive to other dealers I shopped. I like the convenience of having a dealer in our small town. I have had a few small issues with service but I think a small town dealer has trouble getting multiple experienced techs and service seems to be really busy in the shoulder seasons. But I was satisfied with the work done in most cases except for once. I think perfection can be hard to achieve...

I brought my 2012 seadoo rxtx in to get and overheating problem fixed and they diagnosed it as a sensor and a water line had melded and that's all that was wrong with it... I took it out to the lake and not even 15 minutes on the lake it ends up sinking cuz they never fixed the problem and the exhaust line fell off... i took in in and they said that it was because when it overheated before that it melted something.. well isn't that the reason I brought it in so you could fix it not have it sink in the middle of the lake... there all just a bunch of uneducated idiots that work here and I'll never bring anything back here to get worked on and I would suggest that everyone else find a shop that the people know what there doing

Both times that I needed parts for my Atv they had what I needed and I that saved me a trip to Spruce Grove

Poor servicing of my quad. Left coolant line detached and did not notice fan fuse was blown. Paid for 0.5 test drive but at home I could not use for more then 15 min without overheating. Called both service and parts counter and they could not even tell me there was an electric fan already installed. I paid a 500$ for an oil change. Do not feel I got a good value for my dollar. Please look to have your equipment serviced elsewhere.
