terrible motel....don't waste your money , toilet leaked , they came cleaned it up then it leaked all night …..disgusting

Was absolutely god smacked by the absolutely horrible service we experience at this hotel! We have been going to this hotel twice a year for the last 4 years. We typically stay for a week at a time. This time around we were placed in room 112 which we were told was a renovated room. I have been in some nice and not so nice hotel rooms all across the country and this was the most disgusting room I have been in! ( I have been in rooms with blood found on walls ). The curtains were stained and falling down the carpet was old and dirty. The air conditioner did not work properly and we were treated like we were crazy! When we asked to be moved to another room we were told the hotel was full booked hummm the parking lot was really empty for a full hotel! At last after suffering in a room I couldn't even get get into the shower because it was 3 feet off the floor! We were told we could move to another room. So we go check out the room the air conditioner worked a bit better but we as smokers in a smoking room at this point we happy until we asked if we could smoke in this room and were told no! Well that didn't work! So after staying in a dirty gross room for 4 nights we decide to check out and ask for the manager. We are treated like we are crazy and that we don't know what cold air feels like from an air conditioner! After all we were put through they gave us a whopping 5 dollars off a night! We will never return to your hotel! Your not the only hotel in calgary with smoking rooms! Thank you again for you horrible service! Oh I guess I have to give you a star I don't want to!

Never have I stayed at a hotel or motel that someone was so extremely rude about my 2 year old child. The lady at the front desk looked me in the eye and said "your daughter better not pee the bed because that'll cost you $300 extra" uhm my daughter wears diapers to bed. She was extremely rude. Never again will I come back to this place.
