Jon remembers our names every time we come for an oil change and we are never pressured into unnecessary services or extra expenses. We stopped in for an oil change one time and they gently turned us away after checking our oil as they said it didn’t need to be changed yet. They could have easily just performed the oil change and taken our money, but they are honest and did not. Their employees and the service they provide sets them apart and the exceptional customer experience is why we choose EconoLube every time.

Wish there was a 6-star option. I took my new diesel one-ton there for an oil change. I knew diesel's were expensive but man I wasn't prepared for this bill. I politely explained to the staff that they probably wouldn't see me again as I'd be doing this at home from now on. When I said that the guys offered to give me some tips on the right way to change out the fuel, air, and oil filters and even went so far to show me the grease nipples and water separator drain. They gave me some other tips that I'm sure will help save some money too.

Think about that for a second... I just told these guys I wouldn't be a customer anymore and they still went far above and beyond in customer service. Unbelievable and now I'll make sure this is where the wife's car goes for all it's changes.

I Did not have a good experience does visit here,The Owner did follow up with me on my bad previous review... it is good to know that owners actually do care and pay attention ,I will definitely go back and try again after a positive conversation with the owner.Thank you.

Friendly, quick and know what they're doing!. The guys here have always gone above and beyond to help. Even if it is something they do not do at their shop, they try to point you in the right direction. Always a great experience dealing with them.
