Busy week this week. Finishing up the asparagus for the season and already picking fresh peas. We will have both peas and asparagus in our farm store this week.

New this week at the Asparagus Festival Chef Matt will have Asparagus Ravioli. Our festival is happening rain or shine.

This Sunday will be your last chance to attend our Asparagus Festival this year. Rain or shine. We will have both indoor and outdoor activities, so dress accordingly for the weather and enjoy.

Picking asparagus again today. We have picked a small portion of our fields that were ready for the last few days having limited amounts but today it seems to have really started producing. We will have lots in our farm store and there should be a fair bit a the markets this week if the other fields start producing.

The Asparagus Festival is back by popular demand! To the great disappointment of our customers, we were forced to cancel our asparagus festivals for a few years due to a lack of production stemming from hail storms in 2014. We are thrilled to announce that our new asparagus patch is now up & producing at full steam!

Stocking our farm store with everything but our fresh produce. We are now open for the season. We are hoping for fresh asparagus within the next 10 days.

First planting of garden peas were planted yesterday. Now just tucking them under a blanket to keep them warm. With Douglas Edgar and Elna Edgar.

The asparagus is SO much better than that typically available in the grocery store. Just had some for supper. It was SO delicious!

I had the privilege of using products from this farm this weekend and LOVED it. Great products and wonderful people running it! Will be going back. Highly recommended!
