Had a little incident at first but was contacted shortly after and had the issue resolved.

The car was advertised as "mint" and that's exactly what I got. Not a single scratch or door ding and it runs like new. Dean went above and beyond and even drove across town to get the service records. I highly recommend Edge Automotive to anyone who is looking for a reliable used car and exemplary service.

I made the mistake of putting $1000 down on a car that I liked, subject to financing, before seeing the rate they could get for me. The rate, due to the age of the car, was over 17%!!! I made the assumption that if the rate came back too high, that they would give me my deposit back, but instead they kept the $1000. The only option they gave me was to get a newer, more expensive car. I have since purchased an 07 Lexus LS 460 at Calgary Honda West, who has 7 day satisfaction guaranteed or you can return it at no cost!! My rate their, is 4.9%. I would also like to add that at Calgary Honda West, their cars come with a 90 day warantee, everything working, all maintenance up to date, and at MD Motors, the car I was buying needed new valve cover gaskets and needed several other things to be fixed. In my opinion, these guys are not a reputable dealership, and you will not only get a better price at Calgary Honda West, but you will be getting a car that has everything working. I should have listened to my gut that these guys were not reputable when they negotiated fixing the car into the deal, rather than just selling a properly functioning car in the first place.

Great service. Had been looking for a new car for a while, and Kevin and Dean had me set up and on my way in my new Golf with no hassles. They answered all the questions I had and took the time to arrange to get a new set of winter tires on rim put on before I picked it up. Would definitely go back again to purchase another vehicle.
