Edible Arrangements

No customer service whatsoever! If I could give zero stars, I would. I went into the shop (door was propped open - it was nice out) and when I came up to the counter no one was there. Rang the bell and waited a couple minutes as I could hear the person pushing boxes or something right behind the 'employees only' door - figured they just needed a minute. After I waited for a bit, I rang the bell again... waited again. I was debating yelling out but figured if they had a bell they should be listening out for it. I was in a rush so I ended up leaving after waiting 5 mins or so, walking in and out of the wide open store door. Aside from not serving customers, do they not care about store security?! Anyone could've gone behind the counter! Also while I was looking around the store while waiting, it looked a mess! Fridge had no product displayed, cards were scarce and it looked disorganized. Won't be gong here again nor will I order online and pick-up at this location. If you can't run a proper business, then don't.

Wow... Hamsa ( the store owner) is amazing - I've never been given such high level of customer service from ANY Edible Arrangements location!! We order a lot of baskets for corporate clients, and Hamsa is the only one to tell me about a corporate discount and also offer to set us up on a loyalty program. We will be ordering ALL of our baskets from this location and having them delivered throughout the city. Thanks Hamsa for the great client experience today! :)

I've been in twice now. Both times I've had to wait 5+ minutes for the employee to come out to the front to take my order. On my first visit, the girl who was working was less than helpful, their displays were dirty and lacking variety, and my order was put together with zero effort. They lost my business this last time just because no one was coming out to help me, and both times I've been in, I was the only customer at the time. I'm super unimpressed with this location and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I received a lovely basket from the store today. The chocolate caramel salt apples and truffles are extremely salty and even took away from the taste of the fruit and are not edible they are absolutely disgusting.
For 175 dollars I rather have received a 50 dollar gift card to a grocery store and I would have made my own edible arrangement. I am very disappointed as this was from my mom on the other side of the country who is at home taking care of my father who has just had a severe stroke.
Needless to say unless the customer service exceeds my expectations tomorrow I will never purchase or recommend another edible arrangements again. Very disappointed :(
