The Alberta Avenue district is considered to be a very artsy up and coming area with lots of coffee shops, bakeries etc. and festivals through out the year.This property is quiet and excellent for families. We are looking for responsible, NON-Smoking, NON-partying tenants with great references and pets are welcome
The rent is $1495 Utilities are not included. Damage deposit is $1495

Just a recap of who we are:
We are a rental company that specializes in pet friendly rentals, we own and manage the properties that we list on this page. We allow pets because we get great tenants.
... Most of our vacancies occur in July/Aug/Sept and we try to list the properties early so people can give notice to their current landlord.

Does anyone else miss having white bedding? ie without paw prints and hair,lol.
I love my dog to pieces, but sometimes I sure do miss pure white bedding. I think I need to snuggle her again,lol.

Hope you are taking care of our fur babies on these crazy hot days.
PET FEE explanations and why we could never live without our fur babies.
... I have had some questions from people regarding why some places charges Pet fees, I'm going to explain where those fees go. I like my tenants to know that if we do charge for a pet we are not profiting from them, but just covering the extra costs.
****Please note we don't charge pet fees for the first pets, only if multiple and this is to cover the extra costs associated with pets****
* Furnace filters have to be changed more often, ducts have to be cleaned more often. Furnaces don't last as long if not cared for *Washers don't last as long as the hair can clog the filters *Dryers have to be vacuumed and the air hose cleaned more often as hair can clog them *Drain lines have to be cleaned more often as dog hair can clog the lines *Grass has to be treated and neutralized each year from dog urine so that we can have nice lawns for our babies. *Special fertilizers and snow melt have to be used so as not to harm our fur babies *We install special vinyl plank flooring as dog nails are harder on floors * More repairs ie chewed baseboards etc when a tenant ends the tenancy, so we have more work to do to turn over the unit. *Special fencing needs to be installed to insure our babies don't get out
Many of my colleagues don't allow pets/dogs as there is more wear and tear. We allow them as we love them and I could never live without my dog. Because we allow pets we get great tenants as we strive to provide tenants with a quality product.

I'm so excited about my new furminator dog hair brush with my shepherd that was recommended by a tenant of ours. This brush is fantastic, its amazing how much hair it gets.

Just have to post a pic of my German Shepherd again, amazing how fast a puppy grows.

Such sweet people. Did not even think twice about our animsls. Although we took another place these people were so nice. What an amazing place to have for us pet lovers. Thank you so much for allowing pet owners an easy way to find a home.

Perfect people. With good hearts. Will always want them as my landlords. Never an issue with anything, will work with you instead of against you. I regret moving away.

We have moved from one of Lisa's units to another and we still love it. We have lived in Lisa's units for about 9-10 years now still has never let us down

Lisa is probably the best landlady I've ever had. Completely willing to work with you. The big dog allowance is fantastic. She takes great care of her units. We moved from one to another it was awesome experience. Be careful of bad reviews by disgruntled people.
