I found myself in a real jam today in Ft. McMurray. Our t800 tridrive was acting up. I called kenworth and talked to Clay, the service manager. He told us to come on in. The tech that worked on my truck was named Joe. What a guy. He diagnosed the problem in minutes as well,he found a different problem that would of left me stranded half way back to Edmonton. That guy saved my butt today. Ft. McMurray Kenworth saved me today. Joe knew exactly what to do. I can't thank him enough. The bill was very fair and I'm headed home very relieved.

Billy hudy is one of the best service mechanics around. Kenworth is lucky to have him!

Sitting outside the parts and sales entrance sign says it opens at 7:30 it is now 7:47 doors are still locked no one around not very impressed so far

I guess everyone has his own problems, but me looks I purchased a warranty 2018 truck mechanical failure came up, some part is covered some not.. I don’t understand,especially the shop foreman Ed doesn’t know or a ware anything a bout warranties,

Very poor customer service.

The stars don’t go into the negatives so a 1 will have to do. I had a front left wheel seal on my steer axle changed at West Side Edmonton Kenworth today, handed them my keys at 8:30am and rolled out the gate at 2:20pm. Charged 3 hours for an hour and a half job which made parts roughly 10% of the bill at 170/hr. Safe to say I will never be back.
