Our Prospects played their hearts out but came up short tonight as the Mavericks took the final game of this series 11-4. Hats off and congratulations to the Medicine Hat Mavericks who are now this season's Western Conference Champs. Final series will feature Regina Red Sox vs Medicine Hat Mavericks starting Sunday afternoon in Medicine Hat. Huge thanks go out to all our fans, volunteers and friends that have so fervently supported us again this season.
The boys are off to Medicine Hat today to play Game 5 in this 5-Game Series to determine the Western Conference Champions. Right from Homer's Opening Pitch, this game was exciting, thrilling and so much fun to watch! Thanks to the 'Spects for a killer performance beating Medicine Hat in the bottom of 10. The "Best of 5" series to determine the Western Conference Champs now sits at 2-2. Great job team! They are off to Medicine Hat tomorrow to take on the Mavericks one last time this season.
