Edmonton Trail Medical Clinic

I am a client for this clinic more than 10 years. The concern always with customer services but the doctors are always fine even with long wait time.

I've been going to this clinic for almost 10 years, since doctor Kamel Keyavi was there. They are always giving a good service, some of the receptionists weren't nice enough to be there but other than that doctors are helpful.

Excellent staff at the reception. doctors are fantastic.

Virtually no wait. Friendly and helpful doctor. Parking is a challenge though.

I have been going to this clinic for 8 years and it is a constant evolving door of doctors and staff. They tend to cancel your appointments at the last minute with the same excuse (there was an emergency) I have had 10 appointments cancelled or changed in the last 2 years. My last appointment was a 10 am appointment for which I received a call at 8:34 am saying that there was an emmergency and my appointment was cancelled.
The quality of their medical service is not very good at all. I am currently doing the " meet and great" appointments with doctors accepting new patients instead of just going to a place that is close and convenient. You truly have find someone who is going to take their profession seriously because this is your health. It seems that there is a priority given to their friends and family and you are at the lowest end of the spectrum.
