Founded by Principal Ed Gooch in 1979 in Edmonton, Alberta, EFG Architects has established a widespread experience in the development of apartments, row housing, hotels, assisted living projects, schools and other commercial and industrial projects. EFG Architects has a comprehensive history of completing quality Architecture with several repeat clients that we have known for over 20 years. In all our projects, we work very closely with the Developer, Community, City and the Consultant Team to complete a distinguished project on time, on budget and that uses a personable design process to foster an exceptionally high quality of Architecture. Our team has built a strong presence locally and across four Western provinces in the development of over 1, 000 apartments units and 10 hotels annually across Western Canada. Recently, we completed the $52 million Marriott Hotel at the Edmonton International Airport, the $22 Million ASLS Assisted Living in Grimshaw and have numerous projects currently under construction. The $52 M Botanica, the $68 M Hampton Village, and the $40M Bellavera are only a few examples of our significant portfolio. Our firm continues to thrive under the collaboration of a strong and talented group of Architects, project coordinators, visual artists, designers and architectural drafting technicians.
