The personnel on ewf over the phone, made a booking mistake and they e
were not able to corected but told me to phone back and make a new appointment It's very poor service!
Very sweet staff also very clean and beautiful office my tech for my ultrasound was pretty cool I really enjoyed her she was hilarious and we kept knocking back jokes and she was super nice to my 4 year old they also hooked her up with some stickers which she was super happy about lol :) coming back again for sure ! Best location ever.
I wish I had the same technicians as the previous two ladies. Receptionist was very nice, I arrived 15 mins. Later as I made the mistake in misreading my email and thought my appointment was at that time. The lady at reception tried to be accommodating and she was very nice.
There were barely a few words between the technician and she didn't look too happy.
I don't think I'll be back at this location.
Honestly besttt staff I have ever dealt with not only with efw radiology but in all of Calgary! Usually that's what goes a long way and of course the place is modern and spotless !
