EFW Radiology has amazing staff and environment. The staff are friendly and very competent in their procedures. They are confident and make you feel at ease for procedures.

One of the nicest clinics that I have ever been in. I was here for a cortisone injection and was visiting the second floor. When I departed the elevator I was greeted by a reception desk with several people waiting to help me. I was given a form to fill out and offered a seat to do so. There are different kinds of seats available as some people visiting have limited mobility so they will have you covered with various sizes. When my name was called I was taken to an area and told to put on two smocks , one for the front and one for the back. They have lockers to put your clothing in and you can put the key around your wrist. I was then asked to go to a second waiting room and wait for the nurse to call me. Everything was on a very tight schedule so make sure you get there early as instructed to allow them to keep to their schedule. The doctor and nurse doing my injection were super friendly and were very welcoming with my "first visit" questions. After my injection I was able to change and go back to waiting room #2 again so another nurse could follow up with questions and instructions. Everyone was so nice!!! I arrived at 12:45 and was back in my truck by 2:00. my appointment time was 1:15. I actually want to go back. They even had a sign that reminded you to get your parking ticket validated as it is free underground parking for patients.

Not a ton of bedside manner, but not rude. Get in, scanned, and get back out. And they validate parking
