We were a big group and tried different things; arepas, tequeños, cachapas and empanadas. Everything was delicious. We were so happy at the end.

Very very good food, empanadas are made fresh just like it should be. I tried chicken soup (Sancocho) and it was the best. I absolutely recommed this please, thanks Fogon Latino for represent our Ruth and Tradicion Viva Venezuela !

First time here and it won't be my last. I went for lunch with 2 of my friends and we ordered lots of food. It's a nice little Venezuelan restaurant located beside the Safeway on 118th ave and 82nd street. I wish the interior of the restaurant showed more of a Venezuelan theme/decor but that's okay because the food spoke for itself. Walking in, we were greeted and we took some time to think what we were going to order. In the end we ordered some tequenos, pork arepas, beef arepas, chorizo gouda arepas, cheese empanada, beef empanadas, chicken empanadas and mixed pupusas. I also got a passion fruit drink which was pretty good. Kevin took some photos of us enjoying our meal and my friends and I also took a photo with Kevin as well. He made us feel so welcoming in his restaurant and went above and beyond with service. I highly recommend this place and if you do go, the arepas is a must try!
