Our instructional approach at e-Learning Creative is eclectic and diverse. Andragogy (adult learning) is different than pedagogy because andragogy requires more problem orientation and personal motivation. Adults typically need to understand how the learning will benefit them to produce the motivation to learn. This means that the learner takes more of an active role in the learning process, which helps to: retain more information and understand concepts at a deeper level. Therefore, we take more of a constructivist approach, finding ways to build upon previous skills and experiences of the learner.
