We had an electrical issue on Mother day's weekend in our bathroom. We had troubleshooted as much as we could and then I was looking at reviews and called Marc. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He troubleshooted while on the phone with us. He walked us through what the issue may have been and he was correct. He saved us the cost to have someone come out when it was something that was easily fixed from our end. I highly recommend this company and will use them solely going forward. It was refreshing to have someone who took the time and genuinely cared and didn't want us wasting money to have to come out unnecessarily if it wasn't needed. Thanks so much. A few weeks back I was working on vacuuming my upper floor when all the sockets stopped working and the breaker switches were not staying on. I did not know how to fix the problem and it was 11pm at night. I phoned the Electricman and Mark was able to walk me through fixing the problem over the phone. He saved me the hassle of getting someone in to fix it and the $220 afterhours/weekend fee to get it fixed. Mark saved me a lot of time and money and I really appreciate what he did for me.

We had issues with our kitchen light after some ceiling re-texturing as the light kept tripping its breaker. We contacted Mark at Electric Man (I see his trucks around town) who told us he would swing by as soon as he could. He arrived later that same day! Mark was very professional, polite and friendly. We suddenly had the power shut off in our bedrooms, and couldn’t figure out what to do with the electrical panel. We gave Marc a call, and instead of sending someone over he helped us solve the issue over the phone to save us money. Marc was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had Marc with Electricman supply & install hardwired and interconnected Smoke and CO Detectors for me at 4 locations to satisfy the City of Calgary Secondary Suite requirements. I found Marc to be fair in his pricing, he had all the knowledge, tools and qualifications to complete the job smoothly and easily, he showed up on time, as promised, and responded quickly to any questions, concerns or requests I had. I highly recommend and trust Marc from Electricman for any future electrical needs.

Had Marc the Electric Man over to connect 2 phone lines for my dry loop DSL. Although he was running a little late, he was friendly and professional and went above and beyond by connecting EVERY phone line in the house. When I asked him why, he said "Why not?". It might have taken only a couple minutes to do it, but it meant a lot to me and it is VERY appreciated. You don't get that kind of service from your ISP who more often than not only do the bare minimum.
